Instead of incorporating a new company in Switzerland a business can be operated through a branch of an existing Swiss or foreign company.
For instance, it may be advantageous for a foreign company to establish a branch office instead of a subsidiary if the Swiss business operations are only of marginal significance, or if a foreign company does not wish to fully capitalise its Swiss business operations. Accordingly, branch offices may be established with a very thin capital base, or with only a minimum organisation.Prices:
For a simple straightforward branch registration, we charge the following fixed package prices:CHF 790 for the branch registration of a Swiss legal entity.
CHF 990 for the branch registration of a foreign legal entity.
