Trademark Registrations

We can register your trademark in Switzerland or internationally – fast and effectively at prices that suit.

In Switzerland, trademark registration fees levied by the Institute start from CHF 350 for three classes of goods and services for a period of 10 years. The 10-year term of protection can be renewed indefinitely. Registration is given at the discretion of the Institute, and the process usually takes 3 to 4 months unless further queries arise during the application process. At an extra-charge, it is possible to request an expedited processing when you apply - this guarantees you that your application will be processed within one month.

We can also register your trademark internationally under the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol, and the corresponding Regulations for Common Execution of these two treaties (called the ´Madrid System´).

We cannot guarantee that a trademark will be registered in Switzerland or abroad, or that it will continue to be registered at its place of registration. We will however, if required, advise how problems can be minimised.
