Telephone Secretary Service

Our Telephone Secretary Service goes beyond ensuring a market presence for our customers. It provides a comprehensive, very personal and prompt answering service – with no investment on your part.

All calls are answered in the name of your company according to your instructions. Incoming messages are sent on immediately to the person designated by you. Communication can be by email, SMS or fax, as required. We can also pass on messages and announcements and make appointments and keep an appointments diary on your behalf. This service may be provided Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5.30 pm.

Prices:

A one-off set-up fee of CHF 390 will be charged. The agreed monthly rate for our telephone secretary services for an unlimited number of calls starts from CHF 395. This includes forwarding messages by SMS, fax or email, as required. Telephone connection costs incurred by us will be charged additionally.

Making appointments and keeping an appointments diary will be charged additionally at CHF 100 per month.
