We prepare the required documentation in accordance with the articles of association and the law to ensure the Commercial Registry does not raise an objection.

Reviewing and updating constitutional documents:
A company´s articles of association and organisational regulations (if any) are its primary governing documents. If these become outdated, or do not provide the directors with sufficient powers, it can seriously affect the efficient running of the company. We draft, review and, if necessary, update your company’s constitutional documents.

Loan agreements and debentures:
Companies can raise finance in various ways including obtaining loan finance. We can prepare the loan agreement and any debenture that may be required. We also prepare the necessary minutes or resolutions authorising the entering into of the loan agreement and the debenture.
