Custodian Services
To the extent legally permissible, Swiss Reliance may take the role of a custodian to hold in safekeeping assets such as equities and bonds, arrange settlement of any purchases and sales and collect income from such assets.

Director Services
We provide nominee directors for clients who require legitimate confidentiality protection or who require their company to be tax resident in Switzerland.

We are also able to effect introductions to independent third party directors situated in Switzerland who can act for Swiss trading companies in appropriate circumstances. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any third party director introduced by us has the necessary experience and credentials to provide director services.

Annual fees for director services are dependent on the responsibilities taken on by the directors. In addition, ad hoc work undertaken by the directors is charged for on a time-spent basis.

Shareholder Services
Certain information on shareholders is publicly available. Some shareholders may, however, require confidentiality for commercial reasons. This problem is often addressed through the use of nominee shareholders. The nominee shareholder will execute a declaration of trust in favour of the true owner of the shares (called the ´beneficial owner´) in which it agrees to exercise all voting rights and otherwise deal with the shares only in accordance with the instructions of the beneficial owner. The name of the nominee shareholder then appears on all public records relating to the shareholding.
