Maintaining Statutory Records

This service is designed to assist you with the basic obligation of maintaining the company´s statutory registers and records and ensuring your company details are always kept up-to-date and ready for review or inspection.

The service includes providing the relevant templates, holding the originals for you in safe custody and providing you with updated electronic copies on a regular basis.

Each company is allocated a company administrator, who, for an additional fee, also assists you with any ad-hoc work such as changing share capital or directors, officers or their signature power.

Prices

The annual subscription fee of this service is CHF 590. In addition, a one-off set-up fee of CHF 190 will be charged. Each update or filing made is charged at CHF 9 per document.

Ad-hoc support and advice carries an additional fee that will be charged on a time-spent basis, applying an hourly rate of CHF 190.
